After maturation, the bourbons are finished in sherry, port and maple syrup barrels, adding layers of fruit, sweetness and complexity. The result is a smooth, rich bourbon with notes of vanilla, toasted pecan, butterscotch, candied ginger, citrus, caramel and toffee.
