Its innovative production process includes two additional steps designed to capture flavors normally lost during tequila production: roasted agave piñas are macerated in the base distillate, and agave miel from the cooking process is incorporated before final distillation in copper pot stills. The result is a silky, agave-forward tequila with remarkable depth and complexity.
