Sombra Joven Mezcal 750ml is an artisanal Espadín agave mezcal produced in Oaxaca, Mexico. Made from Espadín agave grown at high elevations, the agave is slowly roasted in earthen pits, crushed with a limestone tahona, naturally fermented with wild yeast, and double distilled in copper pot stills. Bottled at 45% ABV (90 Proof), Sombra Joven offers a vibrant balance of fruit, citrus, spice, roasted agave, and gentle smoke.
